How It Works

On-site assessment for pipe runs, soil stacks, venting and hot-water demand. I produce a clear specification covering sanitaryware locations, floor build-ups and heating requirements.
Installation & coordination
Full installation of pipework, waste systems, certified tank/cylinder work and wet-room waterproofing. I coordinate tilers, plasterers and electricians to keep the programme tight.
Commissioning & handover
System commissioning, thermostatic balancing and leak checks before handover. You receive a completion checklist, maintenance advice and aftercare support.

Why Choose Bathroom Installation?
28 years' owner-run expertise
An owner-operated approach means the person quoting is the person on site — practical experience across new builds, rural homes and bespoke projects.
Bespoke design for new builds & one-off homes
I tailor layouts for unusual floorplans and timber-frame or stone properties, coordinating with builders to fit sanitaryware, soil stacks and services exactly where needed.
Heating integration specialists
Installations consider the whole system — unvented cylinders, underfloor heating, integration with oil boilers or air source heat pumps for reliable hot water and energy-efficient heating.
Complete bathroom delivery — from pipework to tiles. I install the full wet service: supply and waste pipework, shower valves, mixer taps, thermostatic valves, soil stacks and drain runs sized to building regulations. For wet rooms I use rigid tray or tanking systems with appropriate falls and access panels; for classic suites I set out concealed cisterns and vanity unity plumbing so finishes are tidy and serviceable.
Practical details that make the difference: careful floor build-ups to accommodate underfloor heating or screed, positioning of unvented cylinders or combi boiler feed, mechanical extract ventilation requirements and co-ordination with trades for tiling and electrics. I work on new builds, timber-frame and stone one-off homes across Telford and the surrounding area, offering clear specification, test certificates and practical aftercare.
— FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Times vary with scope. A simple suite replacement can be completed faster, while a full bathroom or wet room in a new build — including screed, tiling and commissioning of heating — takes longer. I provide an estimated programme after the site survey and keep you updated if anything changes.
