How It Works
Site survey & design
A detailed visit to assess boiler location, existing pipework, oil tank position and flue route. We size the boiler and controls to your property—new build, one‑off home or retrofit.
Supply & installation
We fit the boiler, burner, flue, pipework and connect to the oil supply. Work includes mounting, condensation/drain arrangements, and any cylinder or system alterations.
Commissioning & handover
Full burner commissioning, system balancing, control setup and a clear handover with operating instructions. We leave the system sealed and ready for regular servicing.

What the installation includes
Rpk Plumbing and Heating supplies and installs oil‑fired boilers tailored to the property: boiler body and burner, suitable flue system, pipework alterations, pump and valve upgrades where required, and connection to an existing or new oil storage tank (bunded where necessary). Installations cover both direct systems and indirect hot water arrangements using unvented or vented cylinders, with attention to cold‑climate condensation, frost protection and safe oil filling arrangements.
Practical, compliant workmanship
All work is completed to current building regulations and oil‑installation standards, with a full commissioning routine: burner tune, system flush where needed, radiator balancing and control programming. For new builds and one‑off homes we co‑ordinate with builders and other trades to ensure pipe runs, service access and flue penetrations are finished neatly. After completion you receive a clear handover and guidance on servicing intervals and fuel management.
